CRYSTAL LEE
Crystal Lee is the Founder and General Manager of Beyond Limits Consultancy Sdn Bhd. The company specializes in providing premium training solutions to Multinational Corporations and Small to Medium Enterprises.
After graduating from Hospitality School, Crystal pursued a career in various 5 Stars Hotels and Resorts holding key positions in Leadership, Management and Marketing but her true calling finally dawn when she joined a training company in 2016. With her extensive experience and under her leadership, in just a short span of 3 years she was instrumental in the transformation of the company in becoming one of the top training providers in the Northern region.
On record, Crystal had successfully organized virtual trainings, team buildings and events for hundreds of SMEs and MNCs companies involving thousands of participants. She had since developed her own groundbreaking strategies with a client base approach focusing on exceptional quality trainings, commitment to excellence and impeccable customer satisfaction. Her individual approach and commitment to each and every project truly sets her apart from other industry players.
As a passionate communicator, Crystal is also a member of Toastmasters International and has won many prestigious awards including Best Speaker and Runner Up during the International Speech Contest.
